Jill is a longtime member of the Westfield community, where she lives with her husband and their two sons—one a proud Purdue student (Boiler Up!) and the other at Westfield High School. A former teacher with Carmel Clay Schools, Jill has remained passionate about supporting her local community through the PTO for Westfield Schools. 

When she’s not working, Jill enjoys camping and traveling the country with her family in their RV.

At Dance Fam, Jill handles the day-to-day operations, and she is thrilled to help bring joy, connection, and the love of dance to adults in our community. Dance Fam is Jill’s happy place and she hopes to help make it your too!

Jess fell in love with tap at age 6 and spent the next 12 years training, performing, and developing a deep appreciation for rhythm and musicality. After a short hiatus, she couldn't stay away for long and is thrilled to be back in the studio sharing her passion. Jess taught tap for four years at Mor' Danc'n' in West Lafayette, where she discovered how much she loves helping students grow in skill, confidence, and artistry.

While studying at Purdue University, Jess stayed connected to the stage and blended her love of music and movement as a member of Purduettes and actor with the Civic Theatre of Greater

Lafayette. In her classes, Jess brings energy, positivity, and a strong focus on musicality.

Whether you're new to tap or have been dancing for years, she's all about creating a fun, supportive space where every dancer can find their rhythm!

Caroline is a passionate and experienced dance teacher with a deep love for movement and expression. With over 32 years of training in styles including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, and many others, Caroline has been teaching dance for 16 years, and brings both technical skill and creative energy to every class. She’s taken dance classes all over the country and is a founding member of the Kpop cover team Paragon, located in Indianapolis.

Eric Blythe is an award-winning choreographer and recording engineer based in Indianapolis, Indiana. His work spans stage and studio, blending precision, creativity, and storytelling through movement. He has choreographed for the NBA Pacers and WNBA Fever dancers, earned titles at both the World of Dance and Dance World Championships, and served as Creative Director and Choreographer for Nike’s Talent Division. At Dance Fam, Eric brings his championship-level experience and passion for empowering dancers of all levels, helping students grow in skill, confidence, and artistry.

Arianna Brown grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana, where she began her dance training and danced competitively for eight years. During this time, she also launched her professional career as a member of the WNBA Indiana Fever Inferno hip-hop squad.

Following her early professional experience, Arianna continued her training at Theater Arts Preparatory School (TAPS) in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she studied dance across all styles, as well as singing and acting. After completing her training at TAPS, she booked a summer contract at Cedar Point Amusement Park in 2021 as a main dancer. She returned the following summer in 2022 as a Dance Captain and main dancer/singer in Cedar Point’s Motown production, Come See About Me.

Arianna went on to complete two contracts as a dancer/singer with Carnival Cruise Line and expanded her career behind the scenes by choreographing for Cedar Point in 2023, continuing choreographing for two additional seasons in 2024. In addition to performing and choreographing, Arianna is an active adjudicator, currently judging for KAR, Rainbow, and Talent On Parade dance competitions.

She is also a dance educator based in the Indianapolis area, teaching adult classes at Dance Fam LLC and working with youth dancers at studios throughout the surrounding area. With experience as a performer, leader, choreographer, educator, and judge, Arianna is passionate about mentoring dancers and sharing her love for the art while continuing to grow within the dance industry

Shelby’s dream of being a dance teacher began when she was 6 years old. After taking lessons at a local studio for 13 years, she went to Anderson University to major in dance business. In her time there she studied tap, ballet, jazz, and modern. Upon graduating, she joined the Circle City Tap Company and studied/performed with them for about 2 years. Shelby has been a dance teacher with Amp Dance Family since 2017 and continues to teach there today, working with ages 6 through adult in ballet and tap. Her passion is to share the joy of dance to all who want to learn while giving quality and professional technique. In her free time, Shelby enjoys painting, baking, and playing with her dog Anna. She and her husband enjoy taking trips together, most recently having traveled to Argentina, with a trip to South Korea in the near future!

André Williams is a choreographer, educator, and creative director based in Indianapolis. Known for blending precision with storytelling, they create spaces where dancers can grow in artistry, confidence, and connection.

A proud Warren Central alum and former Drum Major, André went on to study theatre and dance at DePauw University, where they founded the school’s first student-led dance company. After performing and choreographing with Phoenix Rising Dance Company, André founded Relevations Dance Company in 2020. André also was Guard Director for the award-winning Mt. Vernon Color Guard and continues to inspire dancers across the Midwest with their passion, creativity, and heart.

Olivia’s dance journey kicked off in 6th grade when she joined Noblesville School’s dance team and absolutely fell in love with performing. After dancing for Noblesville from 6th-12th grade, she attended Ball State University where she was on Ball State Code Red’s Dance Team for 4 years and also part of a student-ran organization called Outlet Hip Hop Troupe. After college, she started teaching at studios in various styles of dance. She was also on the Pacers Hype Crew for 3 seasons, and then an Entertainment Team Coordinator for the Indiana Pacemates, Hype Crew, and Fever Inferno for 3 seasons where she did choreography and helped lead the performance teams through game days. In February of 2026, she joined a new start-up professional basketball team organization called The Hamilton County Huskers, located in Arcadia, IN, where she developed a start-up dance team called The HuskerNets, specializing in hip hop, jazz, and poms. In 2026, she also helped lead and grow a new performance team for the Indiana Fever called the Jr. Inferno, training younger kids to perform at a more professional level for the WNBA. Aside from dancing, she is a Registered Nurse and enjoys exercising, kickboxing, and traveling!

Meadowlark Lane began her dance and choreography journey at 6 years old. She trained in multiple styles throughout childhood and danced competitively in high school, as well as performing in various musical theater productions. Meadow graduated from Millikin University’s School of Theatre & Dance, where she performed in concert pieces and main stage musicals while honing her choreography and acting skills. After graduation, she danced professionally at Universal Studios - Orlando before returning to the Midwest.

Meadow recently returned to the stage in Indy Drag Theatre’s production of Sweeney Todd, also serving as Dance Captain. She also performed in IDT’s productions of Legally Blonde and Frozen.

Meadow loves to choreograph and dance Modern and Musical Theatre, being able to tell stories through movement and evoke emotions in audiences and dancers alike. She also loves the structure, discipline, and technique of Ballet.

Meadow is ecstatic to be joining Dance Fam and sharing her passion for contemporary, ballet, and musical theater with students of all skill levels!

Olivia is a color guard choreographer, educator, and designer based in Westfield. She began her performance career at Noblesville High School before continuing with Onyx, a nationally recognized ensemble. Since 2018, Olivia has worked with multiple programs across Central Indiana, serving as a technician, choreographer, and now Director of Guards at Westfield High School.

In her current role, she leads a comprehensive program spanning grades 6–12, fostering both skill development and a lasting passion for the activity. Since joining the Westfield staff in 2022, the program has earned recognition at both the state and national levels in winter guard and marching band. In addition to her work in Westfield, Olivia choreographs and designs for programs throughout Indiana and Ohio.

Outside of color guard, Olivia is a 6th grade Social Studies teacher. She is passionate about building community through the activity and inspiring others to return to or discover color guard—because it truly is for everyone.

BUDDY REEDER has been a tap teacher for over 35 years. Teaching Master Tap and Musical Theatre classes all over the country. Kylee Booher began dancing at the age of five in her hometown of Noblesville, Indiana, before continuing her formal training at En Pointe Indiana. Her early training built a strong foundation and sparked a lasting passion for dance.

She graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a minor in Kinesiology. During her time at Ball State, Kylee was recognized as a Top 100 Student with Top 10 distinction and received multiple scholarships, including the Lou Ann Young Ballet Scholarship. She served as a dance captain for numerous stage productions and musical ensembles and performed with the Ball State University Singers. During her senior year, she performed a MinEvent at the New York City Center through the Merce Cunningham Trust.

Kylee has choreographed for show choirs and youth theatre programs throughout Indiana and Illinois and worked as a choreography assistant to Jane Lanier on the Fosse Verdon Legacy at Ball State University. She is also an Artist with Relevations Dance Theatre, under the creative direction of André Williams.

In addition to her performance and choreography experience, Kylee teaches a wide variety of dance styles at En Pointe Indiana Ballet and has taught in various settings, including high school dance performance classes, show choir, and musical theatre camps. Inspired by the mentors who shaped her own journey, she is passionate about creating a positive and engaging environment where students can grow in confidence, performance quality, and artistry.

I'm a recent graduate of Northwestern University from the Carmel area. I minored in dance at school, studying many dance styles as well as choreography and dance instruction. I also served as the President and Artistic Director of Northwestern's tap group, TONIK Tap, and as a member of Steam Heat Dance Company, which focused on heels, jazz, and contemporary dance. I'm excited to be a part of the Dance Fam family!

Ashley is a Cleveland, Ohio native who has been living in Indianapolis for over ten years (long enough to officially call herself a Hoosier!) and has a lifelong appreciation for the arts. Ashley has more than a decade of experience as an Early Childhood Educator and loves creating joyful, meaningful experiences for her students. When Ashley isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her husband and cat, traveling, exploring museums, crafting, and most of all taking dance classes at Dance Fam! Ashley believes movement is powerful and that pursuing what brings you joy keeps your inner child alive. Ashley is excited to join the Dance Fam team as an Event Support Coordinator. She can’t wait to support all the fun events at Dance Fam!

Stefanie moved to Indiana summer of 2025 from Wilmington, North Carolina. With a house full of boxes, some tears, and a need to move to release relocation stress, she discovered Dance Fam, and attended her first class… one week into being an Indiana resident! She fell in love with the instructors, feel good vibes, and spirit of belonging at the studio.

When not hosting events at Dance Fam, Stefanie’s full time gig is keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, traveling around the country hyping up audiences, providing insights and strategies to build positive work culture through human centric leadership. She is an award winning author (“CheerLEADERship: Strategies to Build and Support Human Centric Workplaces for the Future”), former elected official, and an education and HR professional with over 20 years experience building and leading teams. Her facilitation style is interactive, full of movement, laughter, learning, and being a 15 year cheerleader and 5 year coach, occasionally includes pom poms!

Stefanie’s days are fueled by coffee, chocolate, yoga, and building relationships. Her passions are developing others, soaking in the sun at the beach, Philly sports, travel, managing the chaos that comes with life, and kitchen dancing. She resides in Noblesville with her husband, Scott, son, Brayden, and two goofy rescue dogs, Nash and Roma.

Serenna is the newest member of the Dance Fam team, serving as Events Support. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Serenna relocated to Indiana in 2023 and has enjoyed making Indiana home ever since. With a professional background in hospitality and residential industries, Serenna brings experience in client relations, sales, and creating positive experiences for the people she serves. Her passion for dance extends beyond her role, as she enjoys taking classes at the studio and being part of the Dance Fam community. Serenna is excited to connect with all members of the Dance Fam community, whether they are new to the studio or returning familiar faces, and is ready to be everyone’s certified hype girl for all the exciting pop-ups and events to come! Outside of work, Serenna loves spending time with her children and making frequent trips to the Disney parks with her family. A fun fact about Serenna is that she is bilingual, with American Sign Language being the other language used in her home. She is excited to bring her experience, energy, and love for people to Dance Fam and can’t wait to see everyone at the next event!

Brittany’s love for dance began in childhood, when she discovered a passion for tap and jazz. She spent her school years dancing on both school and competitive teams, and her love for dance never faded. As an adult, she’s continued to find ways to keep dance in her life, from taking adult ballet lessons and dance fitness classes to coaching a high school dance team. Originally from southern Indiana, Brittany has called the Indianapolis area home for the past 17 years. Her professional background spans teaching, public libraries, and talent development, all of which have fueled her passion for learning, creativity, and connecting with others. Outside of work and the dance studio, she loves traveling, exploring new places, and attending concerts.

As Dance Fam’s Front Desk Associate and Social Media Coordinator, Brittany loves combining her professional experience with her lifelong passion for dance. A member since fall 2025, she loves exploring the studio’s wide variety of dance styles and trying new things on the dance floor. She’s excited to help create a welcoming environment where adults can rediscover their love of movement, try something new, and experience the joy of being part of a dance community!
